When Lindsay and Andrew chose to celebrate their love at Whitehall Manor; a breathtaking historic estate on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, they envisioned a day filled with elegance, meaningful details, and a sense of timeless beauty. Surrounded by close family and friends, they brought that vision to life with a stunning waterfront celebration that will be remembered for years to come.
Located just 15–20 minutes from downtown Annapolis, Whitehall is one of Maryland’s most iconic wedding venues. Nestled on 135 acres of lush grounds with sweeping views of the Chesapeake Bay and Whitehall Bay, the property offers expansive lawns, serene waterfront vistas, and a historic mansion that dates back to 1764. Once home to Maryland’s last Provincial Governor, the Palladian-style manor is among the state’s first National Historic Landmarks and lends an unmistakable sense of heritage and grandeur to every celebration.
On Lindsay and Andrew’s wedding day, a beautifully appointed waterfront tented reception became the heart of the evening. The tent was a work of art in itself, detailed with custom herringbone flooring that added warmth and texture underfoot, soft paneled drapery that framed the space with quiet elegance, and lush greenery entwined around glowing chandeliers, creating an atmosphere that was both romantic and refined.
Despite intermittent rain showers throughout the day, nothing dampened the spirit of the celebration. Lindsay and Andrew’s joyful energy carried through every moment; from heartfelt vows to laughter-filled toasts and spirited dancing under the lights. The rain, rather than detracting from the day, became just another layer of memory in a wedding defined by love, resilience, and intentional design.
Throughout the day, every detail felt curated to reflect the couple’s style and the natural elegance of Whitehall’s setting. From the waterfront portraits that captured the soft light over the Bay to the lively reception that unfolded under the tent, the celebration balanced classic sophistication with personal touches that made the day distinctly Lindsay and Andrew’s.
Whitehall’s unique combination of historic architecture, waterfront views, and expansive outdoor spaces gave this wedding a breathtaking backdrop; and for Lindsay and Andrew, it was the perfect place to begin their next chapter together.

"I cannot ever say enough great things about Vicki. She did multiple shoots for us including our wedding, and captured everything beautifully- even better than I ever had imagined. Not only does she have the most calming and relaxing demeanor, she is an absolute talent and so phenomenal at what she does. I cannot stop looking at our photos. And she got everything back to us so quickly, with great communication. I couldn’t be happier that we chose Vicki to capture such important moments of our lives, and I will recommend her to everyone. So so grateful to have found her! " - Lindsay
