Lily & Charles chose to fly back to DC for their pre-wedding session to capture some of the magic from when their relationship began. Their session included stops by one of their favorite french restaurants,  Le Diplomate, and some familiar and stately DC landmarks, such as  the grand  steps of the Supreme Court, the Library of Congress, Union Station, and Carnegie Institute for Science.
